The Russian writer and screenwriter has become one of the original voices of the current young Russian counterculture. Her novel Kalechina-Malechina (2018) was short-listed for the most prestigious Russian literary awards (Big Book, NOS, the National Bestseller) and she has authored three short story collections: Unhappy Moscow (2017), Sistermum (2019) and Home Love (2021).
Skin (2021, book published in 2022), her latest novel, was much acclaimed in Russia and nominated for the NOS award among others.
